18/03/2020 – The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is affecting people and businesses around the world and Sculpteo’s 3D printing service is no exception. First of all, the entire Sculpteo team is saddened by the global suffering of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We wish for everyone to take the utmost precautions to reduce the impact and hope for a speedy recovery for those affected.

We all have to face this Coronavirus outbreak and in these difficult times, we all have to take responsibility to minimize the spread of the pandemic. The security of our employees, partners, and customers is our priority, this is why all our non-production team is now working remotely from their homes. In the meantime, our production team has been divided into two different shifts, so they are not in contact with each other. All our employees wear sanitary gloves and masks to lessen the possibility of spreading the virus.

We inform you that until further notice, there will be no factory pickup either in our France or  US locations. All customers currently awaiting pickup have been individually informed. We will keep you informed of the evolution of the situation at Sculpteo in the upcoming weeks.

You can still order your parts on our online 3D printing service, there might be some reduction in the choice of available materials, but we are presently doing our best to continue to produce and ship your 3D printed parts. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact our sales team
