Sculpteo, NASA, HP & Carbon will all be at RAPID 2016 this year

SME’s RAPID 2016 takes place from May 17-19, 2016 in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. We will be there making our mark by sponsoring and participating in the 3D printed fashion show, handing out giveaways, and launching our newest finishing option.

RAPID is known throughout the additive manufacturing industry for its celebration of innovation, and bringing together powerful players in 3D printing, including organizations like NASA companies like HP and Carbon, and of course Sculpteo! This is a place for networking and showcasing new materials, processes, and products. Present at last year’s RAPID were: SpaceX, Tesla, HP, NASA and Google just to name a few. And this year we are excited to showcase our parts and products right along side some of those same companies.

Although we cannot divulge everything that we will be displaying at the event, we can say that Sculpteo is a sponsor for the Fashion Show, taking place on May 18th, 2016. Our prints will be walking down the runway with designs made by well known 3D printing fashion designers, so if you will be attending RAPID this year don’t miss the show.

The Sculpteo booth will showcase our “faux fur” 3D printed skirt designed to accommodate an LED circuit board which changes colors, so make sure to come check it out. Along with that we will have several items printed using CLIP in a variety of materials and colors. At our booth you’ll be able to view our newest video which will explain the launch of our newest announcement which will have a profound impact on how you view 3D printed finishes.
